Ten months each year, SPRA hosts a continuing education Professional Speakers Series at the Firehouse Restaurant. Networking and registration begins at 11:30am and the program starts promptly at noon ending around 1:15pm. Topics range from tips on how to effectively pitch media, how to write an op ed, crisis communications, case studies, writing skill enhancement, and speaking in public.
